Disclosure of Agreements with PPL Affiliates
Pursuant to PPL Electric Utilities Market-Based Rates and Reassignment of Transmission Rights Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff Revised Volume No. 5, PPL Electric Utilities is required to post offers of energy and/or capacity to affiliates that engage in the sale and/or transmission of electric energy at the time that PPL Electric Utilities offers energy and/or capacity to such affiliates. This page of PPL Electric Utilities Web site will be used to make the same offer available simultaneously to similarly-situated affiliates. This page will also be used to post information about executed transaction agreements between PPL Electric Utilities and such affiliates when such transaction agreements are executed. PPL Electric Utilities will maintain information on this Web site for 30 days from the date of posting.
