PP&L Competitive Metering Specifications Rider
Termination of Service to Customers with Competitive Metering Services

1. |
PP&L will maintain responsibility for physically energizing, discontinuing and terminating service to customers. |

2. |
For any account that is metered by an EGS, PP&L may terminate service to an account, after proper notice to the customer in accordance with the Commission’s regulations and PP&L‘s tariff. |

3. |
At the time a field termination visit is scheduled, PP&L will notify the EGS of the scheduled time for such termination visit. |
