Customers

Customers may request information about their own accounts. In these cases, no authorization letter is required. PPL Electric Utilities must be able to confirm that the return e-mail address or fax number is at the customer's facility. Otherwise, the information will be mailed to the customer's current billing address according to PPL Electric Utilities' records. Use the request form or mail your request to the address noted below. If you wish to release information to a third party, use the on-line authorization form.
