Please have your client provide PPL Electric Utilities with an authorization. Click here if your client has already provided an authorization. In order for PPL Electric Utilities to release customer information, the request must be submitted with an authorization letter from the customer, or PPL Electric Utilities must have previously received an authorization that has not yet expired. See the checklist for information that must be included in an authorization, or have your client complete either of these forms:

• PPL Electric Utilities responds to all valid authorization letters by mailing to the third party the most recent available history of monthly peak demand and consumption for each account. An invoice will follow within a month. See charges.
• For requests following the original authorization letter, you may use the online request form for demand and consumption detail. See charges. Alternatively, requests for demand and consumption detail can be mailed to:
