Electricity present on "grounded" metal objects on and around the farm goes by various terms such as "stray voltage," "extraneous voltage," "transient voltage," "low voltage," "neutral-to-earth voltage" and "tingle voltage." In buildings, including houses, the term is "Stray Voltage."
