Installation Recommendations

Even the best surge protector in the world is useless unless it's properly installed. If the product uses a light as the failure indicator, install the product so the light is easily seen. If the unit is placed behind an entertainment center or curtain, the light will be less effective. Also make sure everything to be protected is plugged into the surge suppressor. Remember: skimping on protection is almost as bad as having no protection at all.
