At Your Service

In 1998, at the time of electric industry restructuring in Pennsylvania, PPL Electric Utilities established an Industrial & Commercial Services group to continue the premium level of service for business customers.
Through ICS, business customers have an exclusive toll-free number they can call for their special electric delivery service needs and concerns. You have access to service specialists – chosen for their backgrounds in customer service, account management and business – who understand how important electric service is to your operations and profitability.
ICS staff has the training and experience to help you with new or upgraded electric service, power quality issues, Electric Choice, rate schedules, billing questions and more.
To reach an ICS consultant, call 888-220-9991 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or send an e-mail message to ics@pplweb.com.
