Major market areas are easily accessed by a strong regional transportation system and an outstanding interstate/regional highway network that is the fourth largest in the U.S.


Central Eastern Pennsylvania is home to the nation's second-largest rail yard, three international airports and dozens of local airports. It's also only hours away from several major east coast seaports.

Airports


Harrisburg International Airport

Lehigh Valley International Airport

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport
Two Runways:  Runway 1 is 7501 ft. and Runway 2 is 4300 ft.

Rail Service

Pennsylvania has the fifth-largest rail network among U.S. states.

Norfolk Southern: The Thoroughbred of Transportation
Largest rail freight carrier in the Northeast/Midwest quadrant of the U.S.

CSX Transportation
Provides Class I rail service to properties in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Canadian Pacific (CPRail)
Canadian Pacific rail service is available in certain counties, offering direct access to the Canadian marketplace.

Amtrak
Amtrak passenger rail service to Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Pittsburgh and Chicago.

Ports

Philadelphia
Strategically located at the center of the Northeast corridor, Philadelphia is the largest freshwater port in the world, with deep-channel access to the Atlantic Ocean.

Erie
At the hub of the U.S. and Canadian industrial center, the international marine terminal at the Port of Erie handles bulk, break-bulk and general cargoes. It houses the highest-capacity crane on the U.S. Great Lakes.

Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh offers access to the 9,000-mile inland waterway system — reaching markets in 24 states as far south as New Orleans and west to Sioux City.

Other Ports
The ports of New York, Baltimore, Wilmington and Buffalo are within reach by truck or rail.
