The Act includes requirements for Pennsylvania Electric Distribution Companies to cost-effectively reduce electricity consumption and peak demand on their systems. The Public Utility Commission has issued a series of orders implementing the Act. Under those orders, PPL Electric must make a number of filings with the Commission.
