Winter Relief Assistance Program (WRAP) 

PPL Electric Utilities’ WRAP is an energy efficiency program designed to help income-eligible customers reduce their energy use and improve their living comfort. Examples of possible WRAP services are insulation of attics and basements, caulking of air leaks, and insulation of hot water pipes.  Other items include compact fluorescent light bulbs, energy efficient appliances to replace inefficient appliances and energy conservation education.
