You can HELP. If you are a PPL Electric Utilities electric delivery service customer, you can make monthly contributions by adding $1, $2 or $5 to your PPL Electric Utilities bill. Use the form below to sign up online. Or, you can send e-mail or call us toll-free at 1-800-342-5775 and ask about Operation HELP.
