Enroll in paperless Billing

Thank you for your interest in paperless billing. All you'll need is a "myPPL" online account. If you don't have one, it's simple to set up. To get started, you'll need a copy of your most recent PPL Electric Utilities bill. Then just follow the steps listed below.

1 Create your "myPPL" account
First, you'll need to fill out a customer profile and create a user name and password. Once you submit your profile, we'll send you an e-mail to activate your new myPPL account. By responding to the e-mail, you will register and activate your user profile.
2 Log into "myPPL" and add a PPL Electric Utilities account
Once you activate your profile, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will take you to the login page of the self-service section of our website. Log in and follow the steps to add your PPL Electric Utilities account to your profile.
3 Select "ENROLL IN PAPERLESS BILLING"
Look for the 'Enroll in Paperless Billing' link in the navigation bar on the left side of the page and click. From here you also can take paperless to the next level by making your payments online or enrolling in automatic bill pay.
