Life doesn't always fit
a 9-5 schedule.

To help you manage your account and maintain uninterrupted electric service, we offer a self-service payment assistance program. It's ready when you are, whether you're an early riser or night owl.


Click here to log in to your myPPL account. You also can call direct to Payment Assistance at 1-800-358-6623 to use our automated telephone system, or call 1-800-DIALPPL, whenever it fits your schedule or lifestyle – day or night, weekday or weekend. It's safe and secure, so your personal information is protected.

With self-service payment assistance you can:

  • Set up a payment plan.
  • Restart a previous payment agreement.
  • Make a payment.
  • Report a payment.

You still can call our customer care center and speak to someone during business hours – weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – if you need assistance, if you need more information, or if you want to discuss any information provided to you.
