- Choose a Direct Discount contractor from the online list. These contractors are trained on the rebates and the facility assessment software.
- The contractor will assess your facility for lighting and refrigeration improvements and produce a project proposal that includes recommendations and estimates of energy savings, project costs and payback period.
- If you agree, the contractor will install equipment and submit the paperwork.
- Pre- and post-installation inspections will ensure quality and verify energy savings.
