Winter Relief Assistance Program (WRAP)
 An energy efficiency program designed to help income-eligible customers reduce their energy use and improve their living comfort. Examples of possible WRAP services are insulation of attics and basements, caulking of air leaks, and insulation of hot water pipes. Other items include compact fluorescent light bulbs, energy efficient appliances to replace inefficient appliances and energy conservation education.

E-PowerWise
 The E-PowerWise Program, delivered by community-based organizations, provides PPL Electric Utilties income-eligible residential customers with free energy-efficiency education and measures for self installation at their homes or apartments. The program is designed to provide quality energy conservation education to customers so they can make informed choices about their energy use.
