What is automatic bill payment?

Payments are deducted from a checking or savings account automatically each month on the due date. You still get your bill in the mail, unless you’re enrolled in paperless billing, but no response is required. To log in or sign up at myPPL, click here. To enroll in writing, click here to download and print a PDF form to mail in.

How do I pay online?

This option lets you pay a bill directly from a checking or savings account. You designate the bank account, the payment amount and the date you want your payment made. Your bank then deducts the amount and sends it to us. You will need to enroll your account in myPPL to pay online. Click here to log in.

How do I pay by debit or credit card?

You can pay your electric bill using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ATM Card. PPL Electric Utilities uses a separate company, BillMatrix, to provide this service. BillMatrix charges a fee for the service. PPL Electric Utilities does not set the fee and does not receive any portion of the fee. Call BillMatrix at 1-800-672-2413.

How do I pay in person?

You may pay your bill at one of many payment centers. Payment centers are independent from PPL Electric Utilities and charge a $1 fee for their services. We receive no portion of the fee. To view a list of payment locations, click here.
