You can report an outage at any time by visiting our Outage Center or by calling 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775).
You can check the status of your outage through myPPL. If you are a first-time user on my PPL, you will need to create a User Name and password to get started. You can also receive outage alerts via email, text or voice messaging, by enrolling at www.pplelectric.com/alerts.
