Change a Mailing Address

What’s the mailing address?

It’s the address where we send your bill.

Can I get my bill at a different address than where I’m served?

Yes. Your mailing address can be whatever you’d like, including a Post Office box or other location.

Should I update my address if I’m moving?

Yes, if you’ll still be responsible for paying the bills at the service address. If someone else will be paying these bills, call us at 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775) to stop service in your name.

Do I need a “mailing address”?

Only if you’d like your bill mailed somewhere other than the service address.

I have the same mailing address for different accounts.  How do I know which bill belongs to each account?

Each bill has the service address listed on the top, left-hand side of the bill. The account number also appears on the bill.

Can I have more than one mailing address on my account?

No.

Can I change my mailing address by calling PPL Electric Utilities?

Yes. Call PPL Customer Service at 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775). Customer service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
