Report downed wire
Never approach power lines. Stay at least 100 feet away and keep kids and pets away. Always assume they are energized and carrying electricity. If you see a downed power line, report it immediately to 1-800-342-5775 (1-800-DIAL-PPL).

How to obtain ice and water
If you've been without power as a result of storms, you can purchase ice and water from any local vendor. Send us the receipts and we'll credit your account.
