Payments and Credits
If you choose the phase-in option, the amounts of your advance payments and credits will be based on your rate schedule and average monthly electric use for the past year.
Your rate schedule and average monthly usage are shown on your bill. See below for a breakdown of payments and credits by average monthly usage and rate schedule.
For customers with less than 12 months of usage history, the company will estimate average monthly usage based on historical data for your address. If your home or business is new, we will base this figure on the average monthly usage for your rate schedule.
