Change Due Date

Pick a due date that's right for your family

Sometimes, life throws you a curve ball. If your income schedule has changed – or if you’re working on a new budget –we can offer you some flexibility.

Once every 12 months, you can change the date on which your electric bill is due.

We’ll process your request within 2 bill cycles.

Your bill cycle

Changing your due date may result in a longer or shorter bill cycle. If your bill is slightly higher or lower next month, check the number of days you were billed compared to your last cycle.
