You can change your due date once every 12 months.
Changing your future bill date won't change when your current bill is due. If you use automatic bill payment, your most recent bill will still be withdrawn on your original date.
Your next bill may be higher or lower than typical. This is because your billing period will be longer or shorter.
The date may fluctuate a few days each month.
The change may take up to 2 months to process. This depends on your current bill cycle and the bill cycle you choose.
If you're on budget billing, we may adjust the budget amount on your next bill. In some cases, it may be doubled because of a longer billing cycle.
