It takes only a few clicks to enroll. Depending on your bill cycle, you may receive one more paper bill after you sign up for electronic billing.

Is there a fee to receive my bill electronically?

No, we offer paperless billing for no charge. Additionally, once you switch to electronic billing, you’ll be able to view and save PDFs of your bill each month if you’d like.

What are the benefits of electronic billing?

You’ll receive an email each month with your amount due, due date and a link to your bill. You’ll have access to your bill statement immediately rather than having to wait for it in the mail. Plus you can sign up to receive an alert by text, email, phone call – or all three – up to 14 days before your bill is due. You will also have convenient and free access to six months of statements online. No more paper clutter or bills to file away around your home!

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address online at any time. Your electronic bill and payment receipts will be sent to this profile email address.

I didn’t receive an email with my bill. What do I do?

Immediately after signing up for electronic billing, you should have received a confirmation email. Each month you should receive an email letting you know the amount and due date of your bill. If you haven’t received these emails, check your email spam folders. Be sure to add PPL Electric Utilities as a trusted sender. Sign in to your account to view your current balance and due date at any time. You can also sign up for a bill due reminder alert for added peace of mind.

How do I save a copy of my bill?

Click on the View Bill link in your email, or sign in to view your bills. Once you have the PDF open you will be able to save it to your computer. Instructions will vary depending on which Internet browser you’re using. On Internet Explorer, you can select “save as” from the File menu. On Google Chrome and Mozilla FireFox, you can right click on the document and select “save as.”
