If you are a new customer within the PPL Electric Utilities service territory and are looking to make attachments to PPL Electric Utilities-owned facilities, you must have a Contract Agreement for the type of attachment you wish to install. Please complete the Attachment Agreement Request Form and return it to us.
Once we have verified the contact information, we will issue an Agreement to the attaching party. Once this agreement is reviewed and terms are agreed upon by both parties in writing, we'll issue the attaching company a new attacher code. The attaching company may then submit new applications under the attacher code.
