Options to request customer demand and consumption history

Prior to PPL Electric Utilities releasing usage information, the customer’s account must be marked (by the customer) to allow this information to be released. They can go to the online Privacy Release form and indicate their preference to release all information or contact us at 1-800-DIAL-PPL (1-800-342-5775). Keep in mind, this permission is not supplier-specific.

There are two types of Usage Requests:

  1. Summary
  2. Interval

    • REF*1P*HUU*HISTORICAL USAGE UNAVAILABLE
    • REF*1P*HUR*HISTORICAL USAGE NOT RELEASED
  • If the customer’s account number is invalid you will receive a rejected 814 response.

  • There are several ways to review a customer’s account records online. To view the Energy Analyzer, enter the "My Account" section and then select "Start Tracking, Start Saving."
  • Select “View Bill History” for billing details. View a basic history of your usage and charges or from the "Account Management" pages, click on "View Daily Energy Use.”
