Our WRAP program provides income-eligible customers with a no-cost energy assessment, free energy-saving products and energy tips for long-term savings.

Whether you own or rent, you may qualify for WRAP and its benefits. Complete your application, and once approved our Customer Care team will schedule your assessment.*

WRAP Income Eligibility Guidelines

You must have a household income of 200% or less of the Federal poverty income guidelines and be at least 18 years of age.

Which type of assessment is best for you?

During an on-site energy assessment our certified energy professionals visit your home to assess each room and recommend updates based on heating and hot water types. Energy-saving items are installed during the visit. Homes with electric heating may be eligible for additional whole-home upgrades.

A remote energy assessment is conducted over the phone with one of our advisors, who will ask questions about your home’s energy use.  During the call, you’ll receive personalized energy-saving tips.  After the assessment, we’ll mail you energy-saving products to install at home.**

FREE Energy-Saving Items You May Receive

Qualified customers with electric heat may be eligible for upgrades like insulation, air sealing, a heat pump, water heater and smart thermostats.
